As a result, new home sales have plummeted and good builders continue to struggle with slow sales. Home Value Plus+ from Insential is going to change that!
Home Value Plus+ provides two layers of protection for the new home buyer. The first is home value protection. The program will reimburse the homeowner up 20% of the original sale price subject to a 5% deductible if the market is down and the homeowner sells the property for a loss within years three and eight of buying the home. The second layer provides involuntary unemployment protection to the buyer of the new home for 36 months from escrow closing. The program will make up to 6 payments for as much as $1,500 each in the event of the buyer’s involuntary unemployment.
With Home Value Plus+ the builder can alleviate two very real objections that a prospective buyer has when purchasing a home. This will lead to more sales!

Home Value Plus+ is only available to new home builders. This is not available on previously occupied houses.
