Overview

Our economy lives and breathes off of the confidence and participation of the consumer. Insential is very proud to launch our Consumer Protection Program. The first product in this program is the Home Value Warranty (HVW). This warranty offers consumers protection for their investment in their home, which is typically the single largest investment that most Americans will make. It protects the market value of a new home in the event of further devaluation in the residential housing market.

It is sold to Residential Builders, who then passes it along in the form of a warranty to the consumer. Builders who enroll in this first-of-its-kind consumer protection oriented warranty will have an immediate competitive advantage. Insential’s sales team will provide marketing support to the builders to assist them in driving customers to their homes, and potential press for inclusion of this product.
